I bring a combination of professional credentials, real leadership experience, and a deep understanding of complexity, personal and organisational.

I am trained Co-Active Coach  and hold the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m also trained in:

• ORSCS (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching)
 • Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coaching
 • Dare to lead
 • DISC Behavioural Profiling & Assessment

I’ve worked with leaders and organisations across industries and continents—supporting individuals in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and beyond. I’ve lived in five countries, speak five languages, and coach in English, German, Dutch.

As a former legal professional and a working mother of three, I know what it means to lead in complexity, to pivot with courage, and to juggle real-world challenges. My clients value the balance I bring: structured coaching with sharp insight, flexibility, and bold compassion.

This is not off-the-shelf coaching. It's tailored, challenging, and global in perspective.

Leadership Coaching is an ongoing, thought-provoking partnership between you, the leader, and me as your coach. We’ll co-create a safe, creative space where you can explore professional challenges, reflect on your leadership style, and intentionally move toward courageous, aligned action. I believe your are not a problem to be fixed: you are creative, whole and resourceful. Lets activate that.

As a leadership coach with a legal background, I’m here to listen deeply, ask strategic questions, and help you gain clarity on leadership challenges. You’re already resourceful and capable—I’m not here to fix you, but to support you in stepping into your leadership power with confidence and purpose. I customise and structure my sessions to your needs.

What can’t Leadership Coaching do?

Leadership Coaching is not therapy or legal advice. I do not address past trauma or mental illness. If you need psychological or clinical support, a trained therapist is more appropriate. Coaching isn’t about friend-like advice or opinions, it’s about structure, reflection, and empowering your decisions and insights to support you in a more courageous leadership style.

1. Free 30‑minute chemistry call to explore whether we're a good fit
2. Discovery session (90 min): Deep dive into your leadership context: values, challenges, goals
3. Regular coaching sessions (50 min): Focused, strategic conversations to shift mindset and propel action

Each session is structured, yet flexible, rooted in your goals and adaptive to your evolving leadership journey.
